How to Use: Calm Body Wash - Massage into wet skin and rinse well.

Calm Hand Cream - Massage into hands paying particular attention to nails and cuticles.

Calm Mini Diffuser - Peel off the plastic sleeve and carefully remove the plastic bung. Immerse 5-7 of the sticks into the bottle. Flip the sticks over occasionally to refresh the fragrance
